It’s not up to the kids. It’s up to you. What you may decide to feed them right now will shape what they are going to want to eat the rest on their lives. If you teach all of them the importance of healthy foods right now they will automatically eat better when they go off on their own, and they will live a much healthier existence.

If possible it should start young. Whenever they are first learning to try to eat. It should be all vegetables and fruits by means of fish and lean meats, that you prepare! Nothing of that jarred stuff. The jarred thing is processed with synthetic ingredients and it tastes nothing like what the actual veggie or fruit tastes like. It is actually so much easier than one thinks.

I actually make sure my family gets 7 to 13 servings from healthy fruits and vegetables everyday with the intention that we protect our health, steer clear of illness, and enjoy happy nourishing lives. You can too!
